Not your past, because that's dead. I want you to focus on your life as of right now.

See, we're creatures of habit. And we love our habits. So much so, that we'd rather keep our habits, even when they're killing us.
On top of that, we'll create new habits that don’t improve our lives to add onto the old habits, but only if they're comfortable.
Rarely do we like to give up our habits that we've grown so accustomed to.
And we condition ourselves into living an unfulfilled life because we've become so comfortable in our everyday habitual existence.
Often, we see this with those unsatisfied with their jobs.

We live to work, we don't love to work. We hate our jobs but we stay in them because a paycheck let's us keep our habits. We're miserable in our current position but we'll stay there as long as it's not as uncomfortable as changing is.
We don't respect the people we work for or with but we'll keep smiling for them so we can pay our bills.
We condition ourselves into pain and stress; it doesn't just happen.
And every time we condition ourselves further, we distance ourselves from what or who we truly want to be.
We stop growing.
We stop learning.
We stop challenging ourselves.
We give up.
And then we become bitter. We become jaded. We become angry.
But I’m telling you right now, just as I’d tell myself, you are stronger than you believe and smarter than you perceive.
You’re capable of having everything you want as long as you want it more than you want to be comfortable.
Because you have to get uncomfortable to have something new. If you want something, you have to let something else go, and this is the challenge.
Letting go is a part of life and sometimes it’s the most important part of life.
Learn to let go of the need to control.
Let go of the reactionary response system you’ve taught yourself.
Let go of malice and anger.
Let go of your significance and needs to be right.
Let go of your certainty.
Let go of all things in your life that cause massive pain and stress.
Let go of everything that’s keeping you from being who you want to be.
And in letting go, you will find life.
Otherwise, life will let you go.
So this is usually the part where I hear "but I don't know how to let go..."
or "but I can't let go."

You've been in the spin cycle of life for so long you can't even imagine what a happy, successful, and fulfilled life looks like.
Do you ever wonder why, no matter how much coffee or sleep you have, you're always tired?
Have you ever gone through an entire week feeling extremely unproductive, yet you worked over 40 hours?
Haven't you found it curious that you're no longer excited or emotional about things anymore?
This is the spin cycle of life. And it gets to all of us at some point.
I'm about to tell you about a system I developed called BEACON which is designed to pull somebody out of the spin cycle of life without the need for therapy or medication - in as little as 30 days.
Yes, really.
But before I get to that, I need to tell you why I created it in the first place.
I had to see a therapist when I was 5.
Actually, I had to see two. At the same time.
They were evaluating me because I had severe, crippling anxiety as a child.
(Hard to believe with a face like that amiright?!)
I remember feeling like a science experiment. Like they were going to take everything I told them and determine that I had some horrible irreversible condition and I was going to be anxiety-bound for the rest of my life.
I barely understood the questions they were asking me and when I was done and my parents came in the room to get me, I was more anxious than I'd ever been!
I told my parents on the car ride home that I never wanted to go back. Thankfully, they agreed.
The anxiety would come and go, but once I started playing contact sports I seemed to find an outlet to channel my fear into. It's like hitting things purged me of my anxiety.
I thought I was anxiety free.
Fast forward 15 years later, when I went to a mental health counselor because I was slipping into depression, the anxiety was coming back strong, and I had no idea how to stop it.
I felt powerless.
I was referred to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist told me I was depressed and wrote me a prescription for meds.
I threw away the prescription and moved on, feeling like I was on my own in this fight.
Until about 4 years later when I hit the bottom.
- Barely wanted to get out of bed.
- Binge ate my emotions away.
- Gave up exercise and personal hygiene.
- Never wanted to do social activities or hang out with friends.
- Felt bored with everything I was doing.
- Felt like I didn't even know who I was anymore, like I was a stranger in my own skin.
- Skipped work one too many times.
- Had no drive or passion.
I stayed up late at night watching tv or scrolling on my phone because I didn't want to go through another morning of feeling hopeless.
I felt like I was living my life on autopilot.
I fought myself tooth and nail but I finally decided to give therapy one more shot.
I was desperate. I just needed something to pull me out of my rut.
In the end, the therapist told me that I should play guitar more (since it was one of my hobbies).
I told the therapist to cancel my next appointment.
See, I didn't need medication and I didn't need hobbies. I knew that. Deep down, internally, I knew that I needed to work on my mind.
I had to find a way to strengthen my mind, day in and day out, to pull me out of even my lowest of lows.
I spent the next 5 years (up to now) reading, learning, teaching, studying, failing, experimenting, and succeeding in creating a life coaching system that's designed to create lasting, transformational change in someone's life in as little as 30 days WITHOUT:
- Paying thousands of dollars for a personal coach
- Spending days, weeks, months, years finding a therapist or mental health professional that you actually like or understands you

Does BEACON help with anxiety and depression?
ABSOLUTELY! Anxiety and depression were actually the main reasons I created BEACON in the first place. The lessons in the course are designed to separate you from your anxiety and depression, allow you to look at them objectively (what's really causing them, why do they keep affecting you as they do, what the deeper meaning behind all of it is in your specific situation), and then give you strategies and methods to overcome them quickly.

Does BEACON help with relationships?
YES! Many of the lessons covered in BEACON can be directly applied to your relationship(s). A lot of trouble happens in our relationships as a result of how we are processing the world around us and letting it filter into our friends or loved ones. The lessons in BEACON have been know to take someone in a good relationship to great, in a bad relationship to thriving, and from having no relationship at all to finding the love of their life! (Seriously, they got married 3 years ago and are still going strong)

Definitely. The strategies in BEACON will teach you how to create a mindset for peak performance anytime you need. Most of the things that hold us back in life also hold us back in our careers. By strengthening the mind and better utilizing the events happening outside of you, you will be able to channel that energy into furthering your business success and striving for goals you would have thought before we're impossible.

This is a very common fear. But believe me when I say if you follow the program every day and use what you are learning, you WILL see a change! With that said, if you truly go through the program, apply everything, and feel no different than when you started, I will devote an entire 1-on-1 hour long coaching session with you to help you break through the mental barriers and get you moving forward.

How does the course work?
Each day for 30days, there will be a new training released. Each training includes a video, audio version, text version (which are all downloadable), and an action assignment designed to further your understanding of the content and apply it directly to your situation.

I will be checking in with everyone regularly to make sure things are going smoothly but if you fall behind DON'T PANIC. It's ok. Just catch up when you can.
